“The hotel is located in a convenient location just a minute walk from Iatiklal Street, can get loud at night due to pub nearby but not always. The staff are helpful, breakfast is average but charging 5 euros for freshly squeezed orange juice is ridiculous. I'd happily pay around 109 lira for it if I had to. I'd be mindful if booking excursions, the driver's don't always drop you off outside the hotel and there are other issues. The transport will be a local mini van which will be overcrowded,……

“Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. “The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the……

“We had a safe and comfortable stay in a clean and large room. Also, the front desk staff is very polite. ”

“This stay was worse then other stay. Fire in the building right next door and smoke in my room and no advice from the staff. Once again nightclub was going until 5am advice bring earplugs. I checked out early as I couldn’t deal with the noise and no sleep”
