The room was spacious...fireplace was nice. Good view and a nice balcony. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping was happy, one even said he loved his job and you could tell. The cookies at 4pm were a kind gesture. The pool was great and we hope to return soon.

The hotel was very nice. It’s back off the highway. It was very clean and quiet. We didn’t use the amenities as we were meeting family. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel. We enjoyed our 2 nights there. There’s a small kitchenette with everything you need. No oven or dishwasher but that’s expected. Large jetted tub that will fit several children or a couple of adults. The WiFi was fine. It’s free though you have to go through a bit to get on it. Overall it’s a 5 star for the type of hotel it is. I’d book it again if we go to Galena again.

Stayed at WorldMark Galena from February 6-8, 2026, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful wooded view right from our suite. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. A special shout-out to Mike at the front desk, whose friendliness and local knowledge were exceptional. He was always ready to help and offered fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better. For a relaxing, hassle-free stay with excellent service, this resort is hard to beat. Highly recommended
