The staff were so helpful and even carried a very heavy case down the stairs to the taxi rank.
The hotel is beautiful and the room decor and facilities first rate. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to extract yourself from it.

“(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. It is right in the perimeter of the city centre, walking distance to patas in the city centre, the cathedral and seafront.
