「Perfect location! Excellent property!」

「地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.」

「房間不大，但乾淨。早餐品項簡單不錯吃，碗盤杯子桌面都蠻乾淨的。地點離車站舊城區都不遠。樓下就有大超市，走幾步就有烘培坊，非常方便。」

「A 10-15 minute walk from the centre brings you to this place. When Santiago is heaving with pilgrims and tourists this is a real find. Away from the noise and crowds it's a peaceful place. My room was comfortable and it and the whole place very clean. The staff are what makes the difference. They are so friendly and helpful. The added bonus is a simple kitchen and a place to sit and eat or relax outside your room. There's even a quiet outside area to take time out. Absolutely recommended. 」

「Very helpful at check-in. Room was a good size, a/c worked well and plenty of light in the bathroom. Complementary water was a nice touch. Mattress on bed was very comfortable but the bed frame squeaked when either of us turned over, my only criticism, better bed frames needed. Breakfast was OK, warm food tended to be a bit tepid and scrambled eggs had a hard top on them due to standing under a heat lamp for too long. Nice swimming pool although I didn’t use it Overall a very comfortable...

「Hotel algo anticuado en la decoración y ubicado cerca del centro pero si estar en la zona centro nueva de la ciudad o en el casco histórico. Está a unos 10 minutos andando de las calles de la zona céntrica de la ciudad y a unos 15 minutos de la zona antigua. Hotel grande y con buena atención al cliente. El desayuno algo caro. Está en una zona residencial con el campus universitario sur enfrente. Las habitaciones son amplias (aunque ya indiqué que algo anticuadas). 」

「not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish...
