"The room did not give an option for heat. The room only had a cool and fan option. The breakfast provided was unexpected. There was only cereal and an unsanitary waffle station. The like was served in giant 2 gallon containers at room temperature. No ice or refrigerator was given for beverages or milk that was supposed to be served cold"

"Honestly, the restaurant needs to expand their menu. After 3 days there, the options are exhausted, forcing a Door Dash - only to find out that the property won't let them deliver - extremely inconvenient, and quite frankly, the staff was rude about it."

"The only reason I stayed there was distance to the airport and the fact the amenities listed a bar. The bar has been closed for MONTHS so unwinding with a drink and dinner on site is impossible. I can understand if they recently decided to close their bar but after months don't you think the amenities should have been updated by now??? "
