"Everything was good the thing that I didn’t Like is how much they charge for an early Check in, I had just drove over 6 hours and wanted to get ready before my appointment and the early check in fee was just ridiculous, I don’t mind paying extra but what they charged was crazy. I did an early check in before and it was $20 less than what they charged this time"

"What a wonderful and peaceful place this is to stay! Exactly as portrayed in the posting. Very friendly and communicative hosts (but also very willing to respect space and privacy). The accommodations were cozy, clean and comfortable (a coupe of wasps we did battle with but as should be expected with a rural locale). Their dogs have impeccable manners. If bringing a dog you might bring a tie out (to be used as you supervise of course) as we ended up having to attach leash to chairs to have a hand free to drink coffee. They do provide an outside kennel as well as crates. (We brought our own.) We’ll be back!"

"The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and was super nice. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and stocked up. There was plenty of parking available. The air conditioner worked perfect. We stayed 7 days and would have stayed longer but had to get home for work. Will definitely stay there again. McDonald's was next door for a quick bite."

"This place was awesome.one of the nicest places I've stayed.abby was a fantastic host.we saw deer,bunnies and had everything we needed.it was so peaceful.just wish it was closer to calif.i would sure stay again.if im ever in texas again I will definetly be booking again."

"This house worked wonderful for our family. Lauren asked us before we arrived what time we would get into town and had the house ready an hour early so we could rest before our planned activities. When we arrived, there were some wasps trying to build a nest under the front eves, so she came with wasp spray and eliminated the issue. This is an old house so there are doors everywhere but it was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Super quiet neighborhood, house was easy to find, check in was easy. Came for a quick couple of days to get away and relax. We really enjoyed the pool. Tyler is close enough to run up and do anything you want to do. Beds and furniture were really comfortable and house had all the amenities needed. John was easy to work with and fast to reply if anything was needed. Would definitely stay here again."

"Rose and Jack are amazing hosts. This is our 3rd time staying on their property and the first time on the Schoolie. They did a phenomenal job renovating the bus into an adorable accommodation for guests. The bus is located in a spot that is well shaded and private. The saltwater pool is a wonderful amenity to staying here. We were only able to visit for a few days this time and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time that my son cried as we drove away. If you need a getaway to somewhere off the beaten path surrounded by nature and lots of lovely farm animals this is the place for you!"
