「I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

「酒店很漂亮，重点是酒店的厨房从主厨到工作人员都超级热情，人特别好，所以玩的很开心。酒店自己划出一片海域，白天漂亮极了，晚上睡觉的时候会吵，不过整体特别好。不足是vifi基本没用...附近没有就餐的地方。」

However, the grounds and overall maintenance do not reflect the level expected from a Relais & Châteaux or Michelin Key property. There were dry leaves and weeds throughout the territory, and several trees appeared infested or dying. 「酒店大堂很宽敞漂亮，游泳池很大，沙滩上的躺椅也很气派。 早餐和晚餐的自助餐都不错 通往房间的走道有些狭小，房间也不太宽敞，家具也偏简单，没有五星酒店的应有的样子。」

「Staff was wonderful, highly recommend. Rooms were cleaned daily, the rooms were functional, the property it self is a bit old, but still very beautiful. Private secluded beaches, you just cant beat the views and how private it is. I initially only had the reservation for 3 days, but extended it to a week. Highly recommend! 」
