“Breakfast was a huge upcharge per day per person, so we didn’t get that. They also charged us an extra $29.95 per day—4 days because we used the pullout couch, and there was a sheet and blanket for it, but the same ones were used all four days. The woman made a huge deal about having to wash them, but she only needed to do that once.”

“So disappointing. Did not want to write this review as I never do on this site, but the hotel receptionist ensured me that someone would reach out after we checked out. After many attempts to talk with that receptionist and get a response from management, we never contacted for an apology. So let me count the ways we were disappointed: - bedbugs in bed - partner bitten 10 times in the night - weird antiseptic smell in room - clogged bath/shower - no one at front desk between 11pm and 8am (hotel……

“Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea”

“Nice clean room with two large beds very comfy and convenient to go to our event. Room was dark needed new light bulbs and they need access to the tv without having to remember a 5 digit code”
