「Nice staffs and great service」

「The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the BTS Skytrain and convenient pickup and drop-off for Grab rides. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel itself also offers a good variety of restaurants. The room was comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, my phone camera couldn't quite capture how stunning the scenery really was. It's definitely worth experiencing in person!」

「The staff was very friendly and attentive, room was comfortable. They serve great food and coffee downstairs!」

「The room cleaning is not to standard. If this hotel has their Chinese restaurant, it would be nice.」

「A fantastic and very nice hotel that truly delivers an exceptional guest experience. - Exceptional Staff: The service throughout the property is outstanding. Every team member, from the warm welcome at the lobby and reception to the attentive room service, is incredibly friendly and helpful. - Dining: Breakfast at the basement restaurant is also quite good. While the selection isn't massive, it certainly won't disappoint, as every dish is well-prepared and delicious. - Relaxing massage: The spa...

「Much better the hotel next door, banyan tree」

「15 to 20 min walking distance from BTS Sala Daeng Station, including a footbridge without lift. But you may choose to whatsapp the hotel to arrange tuk tuk to pick you up. Excellent swimming pool. Convenient store at petrol station 3 min away.」

「The best..location near BTS， Easy access to all parts of Bangkok」
