"Clean rooms, but no hot water in our room and changed to another room. Didn’t provide a blanket until the third time we asked. Good was good but not a lot of variety"

"The location is wonderful. The staff is sketchy--some were wonderful, but many were sullen and rude. Check out everything--like when rides to the front desk are available--before you go. Also, the food was comparable to a college cafeteria. If you don't go early, it is cold and minimal. The property is VERY hilly, so, consider this is you are older, like my wife and me. To put it shortly, I would never consider going back to this resort."

"I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your establishment. While I was impressed with the selection and service at the bar, as well as the excellent service provided by the room service staff, the dining room experience did not meet expectations. Specifically, I found the food quality and the level of customer service in the dining area to be unsatisfactory. I hope this feedback is constructive and assists in your ongoing improvements. "

"The house was dirty and its not worth renting. There was a bee in the kettle. The bin was half full with rubbish, the microwave got no handle. One of the bathroom had no shower head. The iron was broken, as for the ironing board the covers was all ripped and stained.The wardrobes couldn't close. The curtains was a state.The bar stools got rush at the bottom and all the leather is ripping away fom the seats. Tv in the living room wasn't working . No air con in the second front room.I've got video's and pictures of the house. When I got there I wanted to leave straight away, but we could get nowhere."

"Nice property however, they ran out of towels quickly. They have small variety of food and too much pork. No island special fruits and such. Not enough activities or entertainment. During booking it stated night club but there were none. This resort is for the elders and not younger adults. Additionally we were given special Expedia bracelets for some access but were not able to use it. The cruise ship drop off point was at the resort so it made the sea dirty and not desirable to swim"

"Great stay ! Emma and Kevin and local host Kevin are on it with communication and helpfulness . Very clean very comfortable .Gorgeous view from Villa overlooking Deep Bay ! Villa has everything you need and more for a rental . Pool and outside deck space is amazing ! I did not rent a car so walked to beaches nearby ( Deep Bay 20 min walk , Hawksbill Bay 35 min walk , Eden Beach 40 min walk ) . Hosts help arranged taxi to/ from airport , and to English harbour . "

"The cottage was fabulous, the view was beautiful, my only reservation was the cottage being up a fairly steep hill (well steep for me) otherwise I couldnt nor would want to fault it. The actual Galley Bay beach has no sun beds or refreshments but that said the smaller bay has a patch of grass you can lay on, more shade and a much smaller unihabited bay. Absolutely loved it all "

"This charming, adorable place was just such a find. Hidden behind palms, tucked away just outside St.Johns, and run by the gorgeous Sonja, who is the warmest, most friendly hostess, who will look after you and immerse you into the local community. I cannot recommend this higly enough as the perfect escape when on Antigua. Safe and welcoming. "
