Giò House is a very convenient apartment for those who wish to leave home and be directly on the beach. The apartment building in which it is located stands right at the end of an alley that directly overlooks the beach of Rivabella, a seaside resort on the northern coast of Gallipoli.
Rivabella is a lively village that is well served in summer. The city of Gallipoli is less than 5 minutes away by car.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
