Villa close to sea with lovely outdoor area

Initially we were disappointed as there were only 3 bedrooms in the villa. The 4th bedroom is in the garden 50 metres from the nearest entrance to the villa with no toilet.We had a very good holiday as we visited nearby towns and villages, walked along the coast and relaxed in the beautiful garden.

Family break

We stayed with extended family for a week at Vincenzo’s place. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The place was very clean and thee outside areas were wonderful. We had one. Or two problems with the water and pool during our stay but our hosts responded and put things right quickly. Two minor negatives for us. The lack of kitchen equipment (there were 9 in our party but minimal bowls, lack of serving spoons, sharp knives, chopping board etc.). Also we found the beds to be hard and some hat uncomfortable. This could be personal taste.The town was very quiet but we managed to find a few places to eat. Bubba restaurant was particularly good.

Das Ferienhaus bietet genügend Platz für unserer zwei Familien. Der Garten und der Pool sind cool.Leider war das Wetter sehr windig und kalt - und kein Fenster ist dicht. Dadurch mussten wir im Innern des Hauses verweilen. Dort ist es bedeutend enger zu zehnt.Leider ist die Liegenschaft nicht mehr im Schwung, wie die Türen und Klinken - und vieles benötigt Öl und Farbe. Auch ist die Kanalisation leider durch die Toiletten hochgestiegen - und der Geruch war ohne Wind nicht zu aushalten.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) mit Hunden zu Gast und haben uns von Anfang bis zum Ende wohlgefühlt. Das Anwesen entspricht den gezeigten Bilder. Zum Teil wurden Veränderungen durchgeführt, z.B. wurde eine eingefasste Außendusche installiert. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man zum Kochen, Essen, etc. benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepfelgt und sauber. Von Pinien über Feigen- und Olivenbäumen, Kakteen und Kaktusfeigen ist alles im weitläufigen Garten vorhanden. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen, das Meer ist in 100m fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch in den nächstgelegenen Ort gelangt man schnell, dort ist alles vorhanden (Geschäfte, Restaurants). Individuell machen das Haus die vielen Reisetrophäen und Mitbringsel des Gastgebers. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der perfekte Kommunikation mit Vincenzo sowie seinem Stellvertreter Graziano. Dieser war stets erreichbar und hat sich um Fragen schnellstmöglichst gekümmert - tante grazie. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt alle sehr genossen und können die Villa Arcobaleno absolut empfehlen.

Splendida Villa

Casa molto bella, purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno fine aprile il tempo é stato poco clemente. Vento molto forte e pioggia per cui non ho potuto utilizzare la piscina. Il Sig. Graziano che gestisce la villa é stato molto cordiale e sempre di aiuto per le nostre richieste.Speriamo di ritornarci con un tempo migliore.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Besonders hatte uns der Pool und die Terrasse gefallen. Die Betten waren bequem und Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist felsig und leider nicht so schön. Gute Strände findet man in wenigen Autominuten.

Urlaub in Apulien

Vincenzo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön und so, wie beschrieben. Gigantischer Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer, den man von der Dachterrasse bewundern kann. 100 Meter bis zum Strand. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Haus, Pool,Ausstattung außergewöhnlich gut Graziano war sehr zu vorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Betten entsprachen leider nicht mehr dem neusten Standard . Pizzeria Bubba hervorragend , sehr zu empfehlen! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt

Von A-Z alles perfekt!!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus und seine Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt und voller schöner Überraschungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hoffen sehr, wieder einmal an diesen zauberhaften Ort zurück kehren zu können. Vielen Dank für Alles!!!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub :-)

Ein absolut traumhafter Urlaub ist nach 2 Wochen leider zu Ende gegangen. Die Bilder spiegeln das Anwesen schon ganz gut wieder, aber vor Ort ist das Ganze noch besser (vom dritten Bad vielleicht abgesehen ;-) ). Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und vielen Pflanzen sorgen für ein tolles Ambiente. Dazu ein traumhafter grosser Pool, der zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit zum schwimmen einläd. Und natürlich ein Gastgeber, der uns mit lokalen Produkten begrüsste und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung stand. 2 Wochen Urlaub mit bestem Wetter und bester Lage sind leider viel zu schnell zu Ende gegangen. Danke für alles Vincenzo. Hope to see you again in Mancaversa. Mille Grazie.

Vacanza perfetta e indimenticabile

La casa, ricca di oggetti provenienti da ogni parte del mondo, non ha niente a che vedere con i classici alloggi per turisti, anonimi e freddi. L’arredamento, infatti, è particolare e molto personale, ciò rende impossibile non affezionarsi all’abitazione e sentirla come fosse la propria. Lo spazio esterno è sicuramente il pezzo forte della casa: estremamente curato, con fiori colorati, svariate piante rigogliose e un’incantevole piscina. La villa è in una buona posizione: a pochi passi dal mare e a qualche minuto di macchina dalle spiagge più famose e affascinanti del Salento come Punta della Suina e Lido Pizzo. Il proprietario, Vincenzo, è davvero molto gentile e attento, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare i suoi ospiti in tutti i modi. Era il nostro viaggio di maturità: volevamo che fosse una vacanza magica e indimenticabile e Vincenzo ha dato un contributo fondamentale a renderla tale! Se ritorneremo in Salento, sappiamo dove alloggiare!

Soggiorno a villa Arcobaleno

Abbiamo soggiornato 14 giorni a villa Arcobaleno a Mancaversa in Puglia e siamo stati benissimo. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con molto garbo e calore e durante tutto il soggiorno è stato sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità . La villa, con arredi e oggetti multietnici è molto ben tenuta, piacevole e piena di conforts (tra i più graditi la doccia calda a bordo piscina). Immersa nel verde della macchia mediterranea, lontana dai rumori e il caos del centro, la villa regala agli ospiti una sensazione di relax e tranquillità. La piscina al tramonto si illumina dei colori dell'arcobaleno conferendo al contesto un aspetto romantico. Grazie, Vincenzo per la tua gentilezza e le tue attenzioni. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Heerlijk verblijf

We zijn verwend met een prachtige nazomer. Iedere dag strand en 26 graden. Geweldige rotskusten en helder blauw water. Vergeet je snorkelset niet! Erg rustig in het naseizoen, echt een aanrader! Het huisje is groter dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Vriendelijke eigenaar!

Piccolo Paradiso a due passi dal mare

Il signor Vincenzo è un super ospite. Ci accolto in maniera squisita. Il suo collaboratore Andrea è stato molto disponibile. La villa è incantevole ed è ancora meglio di come è descritta. Non manca nulla, come vivere a casa propria. La pace che circonda la struttura permette di avere la libertà di godersi appieno la vacanza. Piscina privata sempre pulita e a disposizione. Mare a 200metri a piedi. Assolutamente consigliata.

Proprietà con tutti i comfort ,pulita e ben arredata , esterni e giardino con pineta ben curata , piscina fantastica per i nostri bimbi e rilassante nelle ore notturne per me e mio marito , che dire un paradiso nella splendida Gallipoli . Un grazie speciale a Vincenzo , proprietario attento e disponibile ad ogni ns richiesta , che ci ha accolti con sorriso e prodotti tipici del posto. Location perfetta anche per gruppi numerosi. Tanto spazio dentro e fuori. Vincenzo si fa in quattro per accontentare ogni esigenza. Barbecue tra bouganville, piscina e tramonto, priceless.

We stayed at this amazing Villa over Easter 2019. The place is amazing with a fantastic garden around the house. Had some great barbecues there. Vincenzo was always available and was trying his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beach close bye is great!

Super lieu de vilégiature!

Nous avons passé, avec nos 3 enfants, une superbe semaine dans cette grande et belle maison, avec une magnifique terrasse & grill, grande piscine éclairée, jardin de cocagne, bref le rêve. Very nice villa close to the sea

We had a very good time in the Casa Arcobaleno. The house has everything we needed, nice pool, barbecue, lots of space... Vincenzo was always available should we need anything. And we were welcomed with local Taralli snacks! The house is well located close to Punta Pizzo National Park and 200 meters from beautiful sea and rocky beaches. Recommended!
