"The room was nice however the toilet was very low to the floor, making it hard for elderly people to get down and up off the toilet. As for the casino, when we arrived, we noticed that it was not as crowded as we expected and then we find out that the reason might’ve been because everything in the casino was overly priced and very expensive. We were unable to get drinks, even though we were sitting at a game and playing slots or cards or whatever and there were several times that a drink was ordered and never arrived. We were very disappointed in the services provided in that manner and will not return to Harris."

"The pool is gross. Never will come here because of that. The outdoor seating is old. The room was in the south tower. We were told the solana towers was closed (we paid for solana luxury room) and got south tower. It was old, things were broken in the bathroom, the room was plain dated. I wanted my refund from the distance. I expected a newer room."

"Stayed at Resorts Casino Hotel for a quick getaway and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location right on the boardwalk was definitely one of the best parts. The casino had a nice variety of games, and there were plenty of food options nearby and inside the hotel. Staff was friendly during check-in and throughout the stay. The only downside was I was overcharged for parking, I thought it was $15 and I will be able to enter an exit as I please because I was a hotel guest, but my car was charged $60 instead for parking , besides that it was a fun stay with a good atmosphere, especially if you want easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and nearby casinos."
