“Amazing hotel in every way. The communication before arrival was clear, the greeting on arrival was friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel smelt like a spa as soon as we walked in, so was instantly relaxing. The cleanliness and standard of the hotel is high quality. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The spa was great value and had a selection of jacuzzis, showers, sauna and steam room, a really great experience. “We loved our stay in this suite. Convenient location located a short walk from downtown main street. Self check in was well documented, however, we did have to assist someone with how to use the pass code entry station. On another occasion we help a guest reset the front door lock when the door would not stay closed. In spite of a few tech issues with coded entry, I personally liked the fact we didn't have to tend to a room key. This is really a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it.”
