Mini Vacations at the Galvestonian

Welcome respite before holiday rush

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My room was updated and very clean. My only complaints are the mattresses are rock hard and the bedroom tv would only stream one station. As for the property, I think they really need to re-vamp their fitness room. The size is fine, but really need to repair some equipment.

Wonderfully relaxing getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently visited The Galvestonian and stayed in 1007 Whitewashed Harbor. The condo itself was clean and decorated in relaxing colors and not too much extra decor to clutter up the space. The kitchen had everything one could imagine making ones stay easy if they wanted to stay in and cook, except for groceries of course. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and plush. The property was well taken care of and felt like I was staying in a upscale resort. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of exploring the island and having access to the mostly empty beach was a dream. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of the town to jump in the car and go, but nice and relaxing if you just wanted to stay at the beach and condo and enjoy the solitude. We had to extend our stay for one day due to unforeseen circumstances and luckily the condo was not booked and the staff was very understanding and helpful to make that happen. I will definitely be back as soon as I can!
