Oceans Edge at Pointe West

We love staying at this property! This was our third year to stay here and we have booked again for next year. It is just the right size for our multi generational family with beautiful ocean views and three bedrooms with king size beds. The property is very well maintained. The house was fantastic! It’s in an excellent location, just a short and easy walk over a dune bridge to the beach. The property was well-stocked with everything you could need for a beach day—plenty of chairs, toys, beach gear, and even a wagon to easily transport it all. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The views of the beach were lovely; the house was spacious and well situated with beach access just steps away. The elevator, golf cart, swim spa, and game room were all nice additions. The host was great, communicating with us early on and making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at Ocean's Edge for several nights and could not be happier. The house was so comfortable and you can't beat the views. The house is spacious and large enough for families but still very cozy as it has a very well thought out floor plan. We also enjoyed the excellent balconies and outdoor furniture. The house had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would recommend.

I’ve rented in Galveston many many times and this is by far my favorite rental. The house was absolutely beautiful. The property manager was so sweet and communicative. Everything was so clean. They had everything we could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Home

We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean's Edge. Perfect for our family of 16 with 8 adults and 8 children, ages 2-9! Tricia was an awesome host. Having access to the Pointe West Beach Club was definitely a plus. Fabulous food, fabulous pool area, wonderful service, and extremely friendly staff. Exceptional proprerty

We chose this property to celebrate a big birthday. This is an exceptional property. Everything is as photographed. The exterior balcony overlooking the ocean with a gas fire table, is a divine spot on chilly evenings as well as morning coffee and time with a book We also enjoyed the large Jacuzzi in the downstairs area. The back yard is fully fenced and pups are welcome. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you are a cook, you will be pleased. Everything is provided for time on the beach. We wanted for nothing. We will return.

We enjoyed the property but the bikes and bags were a disappointment. Flat tires on bikes and not all the bags were there or useable so could not enjoy either one. TV in 2nd floor bedroom did not work. Loved our cart rides and the hot tub though!!! All in all a Great place!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and easily accessible. We had infants and children staying with us and the pack and play and the bunk room were great. It was also great to have so many beach toys provided. The hot tub was also very fun and having an elevator to help load/unload was super helpful. I will say it was a bit of a surprise that the pools are not included in the price (extra $25/person per stay), but it is in the listing, just at the very end. Also, if you're looking for the go-cart key, it is hanging on the wall by the dining table. We had difficulty finding it and I wish the location was disclosed somewhere. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay again.

Best Galveston Vacation Yet!

I would 10/10 recommend this rental for anyone looking to book a large group. We did an extended family vacation with ten adults and two kids. The house is beautiful and well stocked. There was plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and the game room was a hit with the kids. The beach access is one house over, super easy. The host, Tricia, came in CLUTCH after our original booking ended up being without power and we were scrambling with four different groups making the trip down. The house also has an elevator, instructions are on the ground floor and in the property binder inside. This was GREAT with four cars to unload and load. I’m already planning the next trip here!

Wonderful Teen Birthday Weekend!

We stayed two nights at this property for our daughter’s 15th birthday. I contacted the host, Tricia, with a couple of questions prior to booking and she was extremely helpful and quick to respond. She checked in with us a couple of times throughout our stay to ensure we were having an enjoyable time. The home is absolutely beautiful and the teen girls had a blast checking out every room! They spent quite bit of time down at the beach and my husband and I could easily keep an eye on them from the top floor balcony. The elevator made the loading/unloading process a breeze. It’s a perfect option for larger groups with multiple couples because it has 3 king bedrooms with connected full baths. The host was very kind to accommodate a few requests that really made our daughter’s birthday special. Thank you, Tricia! We would definitely book this home again!

Everything was wonderful except your listing said there was an elevator but the doors didn't open so I assume it was out of order. (Kinda false advertisement) Disappointing considering how much I paid.l to be there.. My mother wasn't able to climb the stairs and enjoy views from up there. The fireplace wouldn't turn on. The firepit outside only stayed lit if you held the button down. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Thank you.
