The property was maintained well and conveniently located to facility entertainment areas. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us and our two small pets. Beautiful area, nice staff, and security personnel where seen checking the property daily. Will definitely look at this property for future visits.

We love Pointe West

Pointe West is a family favorite. There were a few issues with the condo and we communicated that to the host. We still had a great time - spent most of our time at both pools.

All in all wonderful. The smallest thing ever… no hand soap and no trash bags. And had to sweep when we got there. It was a great locate. Owners are very accommodating. Checking in and checking out super easy and April was very quick with her response time Definitely pleased over all

Great condo/ difficult front door

This condo is beautiful! The accommodations are comfortable and it’s nicely decorated! The downside was the front door: it is hard to open, the digital key lock didn’t work consistently, and the backup key box would not open. The other issue, which is not the fault of the homeowner, us that Pointe West’s restaurant and bar were not open. That should be mentioned to potential renters.

You, me by the sea

Great condo, very clean and great location. Pictures are exactly what you get. The check in was odd to me with wrong info on code to front door so I just called to get that. Not the owners issue but someone needs to know that when we lost power for about 6 hours in the community not just our condo, it was a city of Galveston issue. The emergency lights for stairs and exits did not come on.

Family Getaway Memorial Weekend

Condo was as advertised and very nice, clean and comfortable for our stay for 3 nights. Only recommendation would be that there are to many point of contacts to ask questions, service, etc. It makes getting in touch with someone a little difficult, I realize it was a holiday weekend but still would help if a person had only one number to call. Also, check out time of 10am is kind of pushing it when you have kids and have to get everyone up early and clean up and get out. Door code was inactive 10am sharp on check out day and we were down loading up and had to get one more bag and had to call to have door opened temporarily. Very nice Pool, kids Loved it and had fun. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Summer 2024 Vacation

The property was clean and had everything we needed, however, the dryer didn't work and when we called about it, they had a gentleman come out and look at it. He was not able to fix it and said they would be in contact with us to get a repair man out on Monday.....they never called back or came out to fix it. We were 5 days without a dryer that we thought we would have access too.
