Beautiful, Quiet Condo on the Beach

This condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. It is pretty much just like the photos. Be aware that the listing says there is shared laundry, but The Galvestonian discontinued that feature. It is a lovely place for 2 people and close to our favorite activities…riding the ferry to watch for dolphins and feeding the seagulls. Also very close to several good restaurants. Almost priceless to be able to walk to the beach without crossing any streets!

This condo is prefectly located for a quiet, relaxing beach vacation. There is no sea wall! The balcony views are stunning. You look directly out over the ocean and hear the waves! The furniture, beds and bedding are comfortable. There were even extra pillows in the closet. It is a short drive to restaurants and The Strand. Also, the location is easily accessable and no traffic like you experience on seawall blvd. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Nice place but could be better

Pros: - cleanliness - view - decor Cons: - Wifi is ok if you are inside the room. But almost non-existent if you sit out in the balcony - Shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided for 1 person for a couple nights. However, if you have more than 1 guests, you need more. But when asked for more, we were denied.

stunning gulf view

Check in was not without issue because we had to use the condo reception. Polite attendant but we were delayed checking in with concerns that should have been addressed by VRBO. Kitchen could use salt, pepper and oil. Other than those two concerns the location and property were wonderful for views and access to the beach. Lots of swimming and walks.

Great 1st beach vacation for my daughter

My siclx year old have never seen the ocean until this trip. We had a great time and now we have lasting memories. Room was great, staff was polite and we enjoyed ourselves so much.

We liked the large room and the view. It was clean and we slept well. Nice kitchen but unless you bake or microwave the kitchen items are quite cheap. Plates and glasses are good. Bathroom is very nice.

Family Beach Trip

Everything was as pictured. We love the Galvestonian. We have stayed there many times and love it. It s beautiful. We could have used a few more towels. The check in was at 4. We really hoped to get in a little earlier. I had no way to really ask only wait all afternoon to see if a text came in. . We had made it to Houston and spent the whole day waiting. Overall we would stay there again.
