● Beach Access: Just a 30 second drive to the Sea Isle beach access parking lot, or 2-3 minute walk.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

One bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a flat screen TV, ideal for unwinding. The other offers a cozy queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or additional guests. Downstairs, the large game room provides a fun space for friendly competition or movie marathons. This versatile room also features a full-size futon, creating an additional sleeping option for larger groups. Adjacent to the game room, you`ll find two more bedrooms, each offering comfortable sleeping arrangements. One bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, while the other features a twin-over-full bunk bed.
This game room doesn`t stop at just entertainment – it also provides a perfect spot for casual meals. Bathed in natural light, this space allows you to enjoy delicious meals together while creating lasting memories.
