We booked this place quickly after our first Vacasa rental was damaged during the hurricane. When we arrived we were thankful for early check in and the elevator was working. Upon check in there was a note that the bathroom sink was broken and maintainers bring scheduled. Maintenance showed up unannounced and opened the door while our toddler was asking and accidentally woke her up; also scared me. The sink got fixed and it was fine. Was not his fault because no one told him we had early check in. The WiFi provided with name and password was not even an option to pick. We had to call guest services and wait for 30 min to get correct info. The place was not as clean as I prefer. You could tell no one had stayed here for awhile with dust everywhere. The master bed was so comfy but could use new sheets. There were parts of the couch that were dingy and need to be fixed , along with parts of the baseboards looked chewed up by a dog maybe? There was hair in the both bathrooms that was not ours which was gross. Lastly , the master bedroom got really hot even without opening balcony door and temp was low. They did provide a extra fan but it was so gross and looked like it had never been cleaned before. We loved the location and the view. We also loved the amenities of both pools. My daughter loved it and we rented a golf cart of easy access everywhere. The food and drinks were great also at the restaurant. Would recommend pointe west, but maybe a different condo or house, unless some things listed above were improved.
