Great House-Great Stay

The house was perfect for our family (6 adults, and 4 kids, ages 2-4). It was very clean and extremely spacious. The location was close to both the beach and the Beach Club, and a golf cart ride to the other pool. Would definitely recommend. Lots of great memories for our family.

Birthday Weekend

We had a great time celebrating our triplet sons 17th birthday. It was the perfect mix of activities and relaxation. The house is exactly as pictured. We had more than enough room to spread out when we wanted to and the perfect spaces to gather when we wanted to. The house is beautifully decorated, welcoming and well maintained. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which had all that I needed (big deal for me). We will definitely be back!!.

Terrific experience

This was a beautiful, well-maintained property. Every communication with the host was clear and helpful. The host was incredibly responsive to our needs and concerns.We loved the large family room-kitchen space which allowed for cooking together, playing games, listening to music and visiting. The kitchen was well-stocked, clearly by someone who knows how to cook! We really appreciated the 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. (So important with a large family.) Location was perfect. A short walk to the beach was great, and we also rented a golf cart for the older members of our family to access the entrance. We highly recommend the experience at Rise and Shine.

Family vacay

The house feels good; like home. Everything you need for cooking is there- they even keep the spices in the pantry! Loved that! We rented a golf cart for 8 and it was lots of fun. The dragonflies are amazing and bigger in Texas! The sunrises and the sunsets are gorgeous! I was surprised because I typically vacation in Florida. It had a beauty of its own…. It’s a little far from “town” but depending on what you want it’s idyllic for cooking in and lots of family connection. The boardwalks and the beach are perfect. You can walk out a long way out and be at the knees— the surf is shallow for the kids.hughly teximmend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Texas Paradise

Rise and shine was perfect in every way for our family. We instantly fell in love with the home and the area. The home has everything you need, big and spacious for our family of 8. A short walk gets you to the beach, where we spent hours. We made lots of memories, memories we will never forget. We cooked, played games , went to the pools and enjoyed the nights just sitting out on the porch hearing the ocean. We rented some golf carts and explored the resort. We recommend renting the golf carts, makes it so much easier to get around the resort but you can do it in your car or by foot also. We want to say a big thank you to Rose the home owner she is great. She answered all our questions and communication was A+++. Thank you for opening your home to us, we will definitely be back soon. God bless.
