Location to downtown shopping is excellent. Parking off hotel grounds was a puzzle. Hotel staff allowed us to drop off luggage before parking a quarter mile away.

Galway vacation at Imperial Hotel

Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Looks small from outside but quite big on the inside. Very good location. Very close and walkable to train and bus stations, harbor, historic area and plenty of food joints and shopping. No need for a vehicle to get about town.

Handy location although the parking situation wasn’t ideal being a bit of a walk to where the car park is and can be difficult to get a spot to park out the front of the hotel for bag pick up / drop off .

Quick check in...not 5 stars ..but very comfortable and clean. Staff accommodated a room service when we were tired.. Breakfast good. Easy check out... recommend for access to the restaurants, bars and cafes and waterside...

A good hotel but did not really stand out as exceptional on any front. Decent location but a bit of a walk to the parking garage. Would not be my first choice to stay at again, but I would stay again if I did not have another location to go to.

Centrally located close to shops and restaurants and food outlets. Easy to get to. Really large room with three beds and large bathroom. Even though breakfast was not included the breakfast buffet in restaurant was a good deal. Only negative was no fridge in room and no guest laundry.

Decent, but unremarkable. Value for money.

This is an OK place to stay. Bed comfortable, room small-ish, some noise, but that's part of the deal if you want to stay in the centre of town. Easy walking distance to most things. Food OK, nowt special, bar service good (which is important). Impossible to park outside, even for a few minutes, without causing an obstruction, and the parking associated with the hotel is a little way to walk. Price reasonable for the location and facilities provided. This is the hotel all the spies stay in if they don't want to get noticed.
