"Staff were very friendly, food was great but the only complaint I have is where kids running around and kicking the bedroom doors especially my elderly parents bedroom door where they actually damaged the door plus it happened a few times. When we complained felt it wasn’t taken seriously. Plus a resident on our floor followed the 4 boys after kicking the doors and told front desk staff and they weren’t very worried about it or concerned. He felt they didn’t care. Another resident had kids...

"Property was very conveniently located with short walk to the train as well as near many bars and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Had a great meal at the attached pub. We could hear some of the music from the pub but it was very muffled from where we were located and didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again. "
