Between ponds and sea, charming little house in the Somme!

Quiet, residential area close to ponds and Gamaches town centre. Shops nearby. 20 minutes from the cliffs of Ault, Mers-Les-Bains and Le Tréport. 30 minutes from Saint-Valéry and the pointe du Hourdel. 1 hour from Amiens. Superb walks and cycle rides along the Bresle. Cycle paths.

Charming little house, all on one level, 3 bedrooms. Pretty enclosed garden to the rear with wooden decking. Living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with very comfortable double bed overlooking the garden, 2nd bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds, 3rd bedroom with double futon. Sleeps 6.
Sun loungers, parasol, 2 bicycles on site.

It's a 60 m2 cottage equipped with 2 electric convector heaters (+ 2 auxiliary electric heaters) and a wood-burning stove, no TV and no Internet. It's ideal for reconnecting with nature and cutting yourself off from various networks (I telework there regularly, so with a telephone connection it can work too). It's even possible to get to the sea on foot (3h) or by bike via the specially laid-out path along the Bresle.
