“I wasn’t expecting much, but this place really delivered. My room was clean and super comfortable, with everything I needed. Breakfast had good variety and the coffee was excellent — strong and freshly brewed. What stood out the most was the staff — incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. The central location made everything easy. Would happily return.”

“The staff are very helpful and nice, the room is big and the balcony view is nice, and the location of the hotel is quite good, walk to old town around 5-8 mins, and many restaurant which is near hotel, walk around 3 mins, overall is good, the main problem is the washroom, the floor drain is quite slow”

“The staff was very kind and accommodating. Me and my husband were concerned that we would get stuck with a room with two single beds but they ensured that we had a large king size bed for our room at our request. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept and is in a lovely tourist area. Highly recommended. ”

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……

“Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Erekle, Night Shift Manager, made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean. Shower stall was clean and right size with hot water with pressure at our finger tip. The bed was comfortable too. Sheets were super clean. We loved our city view. Last but not least the washer and dryer and free detergent on 3rd floor was a real plus.   ”
