「Our stay was very pleasant. Location is great right in the center of city and footsteps from Ponte Vecchio. It would be great if there was an elevator to the second floor where apartment is located. Downstairs we got cappuccino and croissant and that was super convenient. Enjoyed the extra space of an apartment. I do recommend especially if you want convenience.」

「My family of 4 stayed at this property in mid-May and it was perfect for our needs. Very clean, great location, and beautiful apartment. The terrace was the best part. Only complaint I have is the light switches were very confusing. I wish they would have labels on the lights so we know how to turn off the hallway. Very small issue. Other than this everything was great! 」

「This place was fantastic ! in the heart of Florence city center where you walk right out into the sites. Surprisingly quiet at night . We couldn’t hear any of the bustling outside. "整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。
但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。
早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。
我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。"

"We are staying at Deluxe double room for four nights. The room is spacious and well equipped. However, some of the arrangements in the bathroom are very strange. For example, the hooks for towels are installed inside the shower area. Makes no sense. Other than that, location is excellent. Rooftop view is unbeatable. Hotel design is heartwarming and just like your home. Highly recommended."
