"The room was spacious, and the hotel staff was really helpful to bring up bedding for the sofa sleeper when I called and requested (wasn’t originally intended). Also the little convenient store being self check was super useful for traveling with two little kids and needing snacks. Located right next to Subway and a Mexican restaurant, both able to walk to across parking lots, so I was able to hop over to Subway and grab some milk for my toddlers and picked up take out dinner for my husband and myself from the Mexican restaurant two parking lots down. The breakfast was great and that along with the pool and size of the room (got the multiple bed room with 1 king and 1 queen), provided a lot of value for what the cost of the hotel was."

"Very hospitable and professional. The outside grounds were beyond beautiful and accomdating. Very understanding of my unique family and kept making sure we were taken care of. Minor cons: low water pressure, hot tub didnt work as well as it could have and needed more water. I hope to visit again. I am giving away the secret of the best place to stay near Chelan."
