To start check in took time because there was a confusion with the payment. A group of students were staying in the hotel so there was a lot of noise and the pool area was dirty. In general, the hotel needs updating and the food was well cooked but of poor quality. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly especially Adriana in the restaurant. Location was also great.

En un principio bien, las vistas de la habitación espectaculares, pero en cuanto parking no quedaban plazas en el aparcamiento, me parece poco 8 plazas para un hotel de 12 plantas....el horario de la piscina es muy corto y el personal en cafetería casi nunca está

Bien ubicado. La calle en la que se encuentra desemboca en el punto de separación entre la playa y del puerto de El Graó de Gandía. Desayuno, comida y cena buffet, con mucha variedad. Buena atención por parte de los empleados. Edificio con doce plantas y dos ascensores que, en horas puntas, pueden ser algo escasos. Muy buena relación calidad precio..

Das Personal im Hotel ist äusserst freundlich und wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die eine oder andere Renovation wäre wünschenswert. Die Betten sind aber sehr bequem und von unserem Zimmer im 3. Stock hörte man fast nichts vom nächtlichen Treiben. Das Zimmer wurde sauber gehalten und auch das Bad lupenrein geputzt.

Estancia en gandia

Veníamos de Granada hacia Barcelona y para no hacer tantas horas con niños decidimos pasar una noche en gandia y elegimos este hotel. Hemos de decir q quedamos encantados es un hotel q ofrece servicio de entretenimiento para grandes y niños.... Jugamos al. Bingo y sabemos que al final había baile incluido... El. Bufete de la cena estaba muy bien ofreciendo alternativas para casi todos los gustos y el de la mañana bastante completo también.... Sin lugar a dudas repetiriamos

Nice hotel, good price and location

things I liked: location, food, very nice waiters, wifi worked well. Things I didn't like: no balcony and no plsce to leave beach stuff like towels, swimsuits... they do not explain that drinks are not free and do not tell you the price until you check out. overall, good price for a nice hotel, close to the beach, bus stops and groceries

Buena zona, cómodo. Comida de calidad aceptable.

Como puntos fuertes del hotel, destaca la cercanía a la playa y a la zona de tiendas y restaurantes. La habitación es cómoda, aunque el aire acondicionado no la refrigeraba convenientemente, y eso que aún era primavera. El baño tiene el espacio justo, pero es completo. Quizá lo menos destacable es la comida del bufet, variada pero de mediana calidad. El trato del personal, muy bueno. En general ha sido una estancia agradable.

Trop cher pour un hotel tres mauvais. La douche c'etait un calvaire; 10 secondes eau a temperature choisi, cinq secondes eau trop chaude, quatre secondes eau froide... Le petit déjeuner avec un cafe immonde, la base de petit déjeuner. Le jus d'orange c'etait de jus en poudre au pays des oranges. L'internet que dans la réception trop lent et trop sature. Le personnel de reception etait tres aimables, le seul poin positif. Un horreur de séjour.

El trato de los camareros fue magnifico, muy amables siempre y pendientes de todo. No disponer de wiffi en la habitación me parece tercermundista. La comida no me gustó...la calidad no era muy buena.
