“We stayed there for our 10-year anniversary. Nice view. However, we paid an expensive nightly rate for a half board. The main restaurant is supposed to be opened until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm for our reservation. Not even 15min after our arrival, the staff clearly started to do everything possible to make us understand we ought to be leaving asap. “Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Residence Padma hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir fühlten uns, als wären wir nach Hause gekommen – man wurde hier wie ein lieber Verwandter herzlich willkommen geheißen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Essen: Die Frühstücke und Abendessen waren einfach wunderbar, und der Weihnachtsabend sowie das Silvestermenü haben uns absolut begeistert und verzaubert! “The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove……
