The clerk who checked us in was very patient and kind. He explained to us where to park and to call them from the hotel phone should we needed anything. The ocean view room was clean and comfortable after a 5 hour drive.

Hotels.com and Google maps have this place incorrect on the map, the Residence is very close to the beach. We thought we had booked a place in town. We easily caught the bus to and from the residence to the train station using NAVER maps. A big new complex in new condition. We loved our room with an excellent shower, the bed a bit too hard and small for us. There’s new cafes and restaurants popping up around the complex. The pool times need booking which includes access to the pool bar. We didn’t try the breakfast.

새로 지은 호텔이라 객실은 깨끗했어요. 직원들도 너무 친절했고, 레지던스 옆에 푸드코트 같이 레스토랑, 카페가 여러개 있어서 그게 너무 편했어요.
하지만 조식이 빨리 마감이 되어 먹지 못하고, 전기차 충전시설이 부족해 불편했습니다. 12월 31일에 투숙했는데, 이렇게 붐비는 시즌에는 방문하면 로비, 공용공간이 너무 아수라장이라 시끄러웠습니다. 특히 해돋이 하러 내려갈때와 체크아웃 시간 엘리베이터가 부족해서 눌러도 타지못하고, 정원초과인데도 엘베문은 계속열려서 굉장히 불편했습니다.
엘리베이터가 정원이 초과되면 다른층에 서서 열리는 것이 아니라, 멈추지 않고 내려가는 시스템으로 꼭 바꾸셔야 할것 같아요. 신라 계열 숙소라 믿고 예약했는데, 시장처럼 붐벼서 다음번에는 이용하지 않을 것 같아요.

시설은좋은데 직원들 응대 너무 별로에요
주니어 스위트방 큰방쪽 샤워부스안에는 배수가안되서 넘치고 이미 방바꾸기도 늦은시간이었고..
체크인시 조식예약 확실하게 공지해주셔야 안굶을듯요
만석이라고 한자리도 없고 호텔동 조식이용도 안된다하고
3부제 이용하라고..

넓은객실과 바다를 볼수있는 쇼파배치와
테라스의구성이 좋았습니다.
모든 직원분들이 친절하고용~
아침일찍 수영장이용과 실내와 실외의 인피니티풀
너무 좋았습니닺
무엇보다 조식이 알차게 구성되서
최고였습니다잉

직원분도 친절하시고 주니어스위트룸 묵었는데 룸이 너무 만족스러웠어요 바다 뷰가 넘 좋고 자쿠지에 따뜻한 물 받아 몸 담그니 이곳이 천국이네요!
