「The rooms were extremely clean, staff was very professional. When we’re back in the city again we plan on staying at the Ramada.」

「The property was in need of updating. The bones of the hotel were there, but needs new carpet, grout in bathrooms, etc. Breakfast and dining was good, outdoor patio was a nice place to sit for a drink. Some of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Some of the areas of the hotel didn't have a good smell. One person in our party had to switch rooms beause of the smell. Could be better with some updates.」

「Don't choose this hotel! I paid reservation during booking to hotels.com and also lost one reward night. On checkin reception demand me to pay normal price. So I paid twice my reservation.」

「The food was really the worst I have ever had. Pieces of bologna, slices of slimy cheese. No coffee available. There are things on the menu that they were out of and it was a very, very small menu. There was a language barrier that was so huge that even when I resorted to Google translate, they couldn’t understand me. When I pointed at the menu, they didn’t understand me. 「Avoid. They claimed we had to pay again upon arrival, though our reservation and payment was confirmed. We obviously didn’t. No wifi in the room, staff didn’t help us with it. They charged us for the pool (which was dirty and smelly) without previous notice. We didn’t get the room we paid for (which had a balcony). Very nasty owner, blaming us (not sure what for) instead of helping out.」
