With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, including en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom, this townhome provides ample space for relaxation. About this property

Indoor pool/Spa, townhome 7 at Waterdance, outdoor pool, pickleball+!

  • Townhome 8 at Waterdance is part of the building C fourplex. It sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms with all three bedrooms on the second floor all with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen murphy bed in the main living room.

    All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool open Memorial Day-Labor Day and year-round indoor recreation center which includes pool and spa, three pickleball courts, ping pong, playground, conference room, and more.

    Master Bedroom: Second Floor - King Bed, ensuite bath - Sleeps 2
    Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
    Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
    Common Area Living Room: Main Floor - Queen Murphy Bed - Sleeps 2

    All units have a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each condo has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.

    We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

Family fun

The property was very clean, nice area and made it easy for 3 families to still have some privacy but enjoy shared time too! All though I felt like it was a little expensive once we got there and we saw the pool which the kids loved it was worth the money. We did stay during a holiday weekend which may have also influenced the price.

The units were new and clean. Well thought out and organized and well furnished. Some TVs didn't work. Lawn was flooded. Pool was WAY too small for the size of the complex/number of people (and only 1/2 of the complex is completed).

Azure at Waterdance rating

It was a beautiful property the only complaint that I would have is that on the back patio you could see into the adjoining kitchen and they could see us out on the patio which was not very private. We probably won't stay there again just simply because of the privacy of the property.
