Great location

The location is amazing and right off the water. Room 107 was definitely updated in the last few years. The rest of thr building could use a face lift to match though. The only issues I encountered were to do with sink/tub drains being slow, and the room smelling too much like the lake.As I barely spent any time in the room, these things didn't really hinder my stay.
