Great location for access to the park. Comfortable home for our family to relax after long days in the park. Only complaints are no body wash in the shower and linens didn’t smell fresh. Enjoyed the many games to choose from.

Exceptional! Was looking for a quiet place to round out our busy vacation in the mountains and The Electric Peak Retreat was perfect. This lovely home had everything we needed: fully stocked kitchen, laundry, wonderfully comfortable beds, and a peaceful view of the meandering Yellowstone River from just about every room in the house. We had a fantastic stay!

Yellowstone family vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. It had plenty of space for us all to sleep and be together and it's a convenient distance to Gardiner and the entrance to Yellowstone. The scenery from the house is just beautiful! We saw (and heard) plenty of wildlife, especially elk (and baby elk!) Gardiner had everything we needed for the week (coffee, grocery and ice cream shops, restaurants and souvenir shops). We went to the hot springs pools just a few miles in the other direction and that was a fun afternoon too. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was because there was quite a buildup of leftover condiments and such in the fridge when we arrived and also the lower level bedding sometimes smelled a bit musty but that certainly did not take away from our stay in this spectacular area. I would definitely recommend this house (and Gardiner and most of all Yellowstone!)

Family vacation.

The home and surrounding area was beautiful. Private and quiet yet close enough to town for anything we needed. Very convenient location to visit Yellowstone and Chico hot springs. We enjoyed our first time in Montana.

Amazing house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location Every room has windows overlooking the river and mountains where we saw elk everyday. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was there. We were concerned at first that it is off the main road but it was a non issue.

Location and comfort

Electric Peak Retreat has it all. The home was so well equipped; the beds were incredibly comfortable; the views were amazing; the location to the quaint town of Gardiner was very convenient. Our family of 6 adults and one infant had more than enough room to spread out or gather together.

We didn’t want to leave

Our group of 6 college friends had a fabulous 4 night stay. The property is beautiful with amazing views all around. It is a perfect base to access the Yellowstone through the north entrance. It had everything we needed to rest, cook and enjoy ourselves while enjoying the views and wildlife. I will definitely book this property next time I return to Yellowstone.

Wonderful Little Getaway

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights to relax and go through the Park. This house was so perfect to do both. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to relax and enjoy the views. We definitely will come back. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home!

Beautiful, well-appointed home in Gardiner

Loved our stay in this well-appointed home and grounds just north of Gardiner town center with near access to Yellowstone National Park. Stunning views from all rooms. A family trip we are all really looking forward to after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures yet the reality still exceeded expectations! Beautiful thought out home with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. The volume of wildlife incredible. Herds of over 200 elk, bald eagles, red fox, etc.

Gorgeous scenic vacation home

Family Getaway 2023

The location to Yellowstone was awesome! Being just outside of the town of Gardiner made the locaton seem a bit rural and private. The property had a well stocked kitchen for cooking for a crowd. The rooms were spacious. The views were amazing.

Beautiful Space & Gracious Host

Such a beautiful space and location, and only minutes from the north entrance of Yellowstone. Breathtaking views from the home. Elk herds made their way down from the mountains each night, making the spotting scope that was in the home invaluable. We had the time of our lives!
