Aleays a good time

This was our second stay at slip and slide and was very enjoyable. The owner greets you and shares stories of the property and area, a real treat and a lovely gentleman. The space is comfortable and clean and well stocked. We look forward to our next stay.

Great spot!

Really enjoyed the house and proximity to the park. Lots of space and full kitchen. We enjoyed doing the 1000 piece puzzle of Yellowstone park map during our downtime from being in the park. Thanks!

The property was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights. 3 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We stayed at 4 different properties on our trip and this was the best. The kids liked petting the horses and playing games. We fixed a couple of meals and everything we needed was available.

Spring Break 2025

We absolutely loved our time in Montana. This home had everything we needed including pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils, coffee pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner, board games, blackstone, and grill. The property is beautiful and the kids loved exploring right outside the doors.

This home is in the perfect location if you are planning to visit Yellowstone. We were able to get to the park early to avoid the crowds. While at the house we enjoyed visiting the horses and played lots of scrabble! The beds were by far the comfiest beds on our 2 week National/state park road trip. We unfortunately missed out on the opportunity to hear about the history on the property due to some things coming up for the owners however the people who came to help with the chores were very friendly and gave some suggestions! Thank you for the amazing home for us to stay in!

The Barnhouse was the nicest property we have stayed at to date! Warm, comfortable and felt very safe. The hosts were so welcoming and enjoyed sharing the history of the property which was very interesting. We watched all kinds of wildlife just a short distance from the house too! If you are in the Gardiner area I would definitely recommend a stay The Slip and Slide Ranch Barnhouse.

What a comfortable place to stay while we were visiting Yellowstone National Park. The kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals and the hosts were very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Slip and Slide Ranch!

The guest barn house is exactly as pictured, a wonderful stay. Hosts were communicative and we loved how close we were to the Yellowstone north entrance (about a 10 minute drive).

Slope and Slide ranch is great!

We loved our stay at the ranch. Lots of land around with beautiful views. Close to the river just across the road. We took a drive and saw beautiful scenery and a mama grizzly a few miles north of the ranch.

Perfect location

With Yellowstone literally right down the road, wild life all around, staying with in the Rigler family home was the perfect option. Plenty of room, everything you might need was right there, and Susan was a wonderful host!
