Sehr ruhige Lage
Das Objekt ist in einem guten Zustand, aber die Garten Möbel sind teilweise schon ein wenig abgegriffen, auch sollte der Eingangsbereich ( Büsche schneiden) immer im Auge behalten werden. Auch ist es mal Nötig die Eingangstür am Fahrradunterstand zu überholen (Schaniere erneuren)
