We replaced a couple of lightbulbs and had a concern about inability to lock the outside garage/basement access, although there is a lock at the top of stairs which accesses the kitchen. Older home could use some repair to stairways, but overall it suited our needs as a clean comfortable place to sleep. ”

“Just the spot we needed, close to everything we wanted. Lovely space for hosting a very overdue small family visit in a town where none of my family's homes are workable gathering spots. Very close to Micro Center, which may not be a selling point for everyone but was a definite plus. Backyard would be great in warmer weather. “I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. ”

The weather during my stay showed this place stays warm during the cold spells and would be great to enjoy the backyard with the grill.
