"We had a great time. We enjoyed the amenities, and staff was very friendly. And the room was very spacious. The only downside was the oven didn’t work properly it ruined our dinner , and I didn’t know where the thermostat was in the room. But had I brought it to the attention of staff before checking out I’m sure they would have done something about it"

"The communication with the property is very good. Linens are clean and beds are comfortable However, The property has an old cabin smell. Carpet has dirty stain especially on the first floor. This place needs updating. The location is very good even if you don’t ski or snowboard. It’s a 7 minute drive to the casinos and Heavenly gondola."

"This property is conveniently located and you could walk to Whole foods or dive to Safeway (2mins drive). Last day our bathroom decided to go out but glad we were checking out that day. "I was here for a group trip, but did not want to stay at one of the casinos because of the cigarette smoke, and this was a great alternative. It was very convenient, walking distance to group activities, and also walking distance to the shuttle stops and lift for Heavenly slopes. I ended up extending my stay for a day because I wasn't ready to leave. The food onsite was good and good portion sizes. Also, having lived in South Florida, I greatly appreciated the decor and thought it was very well done in the room and throughout the property. At times, the wifi signal was not strong enough to cast shows from my devices to the TV and I was not able to reach the back of the TV to connect my AppleTV."
