Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Pros: Das. Haus hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den gardasee. Die Wohnung ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt was ich sehr gut fande, im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Badezimmer. Im ersten Stock findet man die Küche (voll ausgestattet), Wohnbereich und essbereich sowie die schöne Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick auf den gardasee. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und immer da wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Anfahrt gestaltet sich bisschen kompliziert da das navi auch nicht mehr weiter weis ;-) Cons: Eine Klimaanlage wäre sehr schön, da es im Sommer genauso heiß in der Wohnung ist wie draußen. Wir kamen nachts nicht unter 31 grad in den Schlafräumen obwohl die Fenster und Türen alle geöffnet waren und zwei Ventilatoren liefen. Und Moskitoschutz an den Fenster wäre auch gut.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse.

Pros: Tolle Lage und sehr schöner Blick an den Gardasee. Cons: Schwierig zu finden da sehr schmale Strassen nicht unbedingt für größere Autos breit genug und ohne Strassennamen auch auf Nachfrage bei den Nachbarn Unterkunft nicht zu finden, bessere Beschilderung wäre von Vorteil. Sonst alles bestens im Haus außer in der Küche Geschirr nicht ganz sauber.

Originalgetreues Haus in einem alten, italienischen Bergdorf

Pros: In einer gut sanierten Umgebung genießt man es, beim Blick von der Terrasse zu entspannen und über die verwinkelten Häuser des Dorfes bis zum Gardasee zu blicken. Mit seiner Einrichtung und den vielen Accessoires taucht man ein in ein typisches italienisches Lebensgefühl. Der Service seitens der Vermieter war perfekt. Als der Einsatz eines Schlüsseldienstes notwendig wurde, war selbst dies in weniger als einer Stunde erledigt. Parkplätze gegenüber vom Haus waren gut. Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen. Wer sich für dieses Haus entscheidet, sollte folgendes Bedenken: - Es gibt keine Filterkaffeemaschine, dafür mehrere Espressokocher, wie in Italien üblich. - Die Straßen zum Haus und von dort zur Panoramastraße haben alle einen Anstieg von mehr als 10%. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß zu sein, um die Gegend um das Haus zu genießen. - Mülltrennung wird in Italien gerade sehr restriktiv behandelt. Akzeptiert werden nur kleine, zugelassene Eimer. Nutzt man zusätzlich einen anderen Eimer, bleibt der Müll oft stehen. Vermieter bietet auch hier an, Müll begrenzt stehen zu lassen.
