Maybe "sleeps 13" is

Great view on the lake. The old-fashioned style of the house is charming. Holiday Garda was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen needs a gentle upgrade and there were to many lamps, that didn't function. The dining room needs a cosier illumination. The pool service was to infrequent and not effective enough. The terrace with the big dining table needs a sewer to drain the water after heavy rainfalls.

Tolle Aussenanlage - charmantes Haus - zum Teil renovationsbedürftig

Pool, Garten, ganz allgemein Aussenanlage, genügend Parkplätze, Dachgeschoss. Ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungen von Novella. Die WC-Spülungen sind schlecht, die sanitarischen Einrichtungen ( auch wenn das Haus alt ist) bedürfen einer Erneuerung. Drittes Bett im Dreierzimmer ist nicht brauchbar. Der dritte Sonnenschirm muss repariert werden.

I have made some comments below which I hope you find helpful and constructive

Generally a lovely villa, nice pool area, clean and spacious, although 10 proper loungers would have been preferable, kitchen well equipped. Perhaps the description of the villa location should be clearer in the information as it was quite near the road and noisy at times. Some of the electrics were a bit worrying eg several loose or faulty sockets. The dishwasher was poor and needs replacing I would say. The house could have been generally cleaner. Small bedroom needed aircon. Neither the downstairs toilet nor our shared toilet flushed properly, wasting much water. Shower door needs repairing, kept coming off it’s runners. Also, if they are catering for international tourists then some international TV might be a good idea.

Ein tolles Haus für viele Personen!

Die Freundlichkeit von Novella und Christina und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft waren sehr angenehm. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche hatte genügend Geschirr um für viele zu kochen und mit vielen zu essen! Die Stühle im Esszimmer waren teilweise etwas klapprig. Außerdem kam etwas Schaumstoff aus ihnen und sie wirkten etwas durchgesessen. Der Service insgesamt war aber perfekt!

Gute Lage, schlechtes Haus

Die Lage ist ganz gut, der Außenbereich auch, das Haus ist aber grottig! Klimaanlage defekt (würde aber nach 2 Tagen repariert), Diverse Lampen defekt, teilweise offene Kabel und Steckdosen. Ein altes Haus, das war klar, aber eine Renovierung wäre hier wirklich mal angebracht. Wenn man auf Toilette kein Licht hat, ist das schon schlecht. Empfehlen können wir das Haus auf gar keinen Fall! Das Haus muss dringend renoviert werden!

Wundervolle Tage im September zu Acht...

Ambiente, Seeblick, grandioser Pool, komplette Ausstattung, wundervoller Garten. WLAN, Internetanbindung. Was Sie nicht verbessern können, aber recht störend waren die unzähligen Stechmücken über den ganzen Tag im Garten, auf den Terrassen und am Pool. Aber wie gesagt, das ist die Natur und dem tollen gepflegten und grünen Garten geschuldet.
