“Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. ”

Unico appunto riguarda la moquette nelle stanze, in particolare in quelle pet family: nonostante l’attenzione e la cura nella pulizia, riteniamo che resti una soluzione meno igienica rispetto a un pavimento tradizionale. Per il resto, tutto è stato all’altezza: il cibo era molto buono e il servizio si è distinto per attenzione, cortesia e professionalità. Un’esperienza positiva che, con qualche piccolo……

Das Haus hat viel Charme und vermittelt einen gepflegten, hochwertigen Eindruck, der der Hotelkategorie absolut gerecht wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Blick auf den Hafen, den wir von unserem Zimmer aus genießen konnten. Unlike these new self-service hotels, this hotel is the example of how a hotel should be run, with staff who are readily available, a high-quality, broad-choice breakfast, decor that is tasteful and relaxing, and clean rooms with high ceilings in a solid building. I was concerned about the hotel being close to a main road, but the street noise was not as bad as I had thought it would be. The windows and building are solid enough to keep out most of the noise, and……

“This clean, mountain top property offered a cool respite from the Lerici crowd. The staff are so welcoming and friendly that you feel right at home. Excellent breakfasts get your day going. I’d recommend the hotel for travelers on a budget who get a very nice place to boot.”

“A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.”

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”
