“Lovely, small but cozy, great place to bond and enjoy good food and drink.”

“The cottage was clean, well stocked with essentials (and appreciated nonessentials) and charmingly decorated. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood as well as the easy proximity to the playground, pickleball courts, and Farmers market on Saturday and Wednesday. Christine obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable and was quick to respond to any questions we had. One thing that I would point out that might be problematic for some people is that,……

“View is prettier in person...pictures just don't do it justice. Sitting on the dock with the sounds of nature was just what we needed. Check-in was very easy and everything was as listed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Memories that will last a life time. ”

“This was a great home-base as we trekked around Assateague and Chincoteague on our honeymoon. Very convenient to the Virginia side entrance to Assateague and the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and simple dinners. I was pleased to see the kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking & there were a variety of drink glasses for both beer & wine!”

“This was the perfect house for us! We enjoyed the one floor living, the large kitchen and counter space was more than sufficient. The linens and towels were provided which was one less thing to have to pack. We enjoyed being close to town and all the restaurants, the park, and the beach. Communication with Seaside Vacations was great and we will definitely consider this property again when we return to Chincoteague!”
