“Great place, great host, great location”

“Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr schöne Lage zum Strand. Es war bisher der beste Gastgeber den wir bei diversen Objekten in den letzten Jahren hatten,. Er war immer erreichbar und unsere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und hat voll unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen.”

“Fijn appartement maar heeft wel echt een upgrade nodig.Nauwelijks een keukeninventaris. 1 klein bakje en voor de rest van de borden precies 4 stuks, 4 glazen en 4 bekers. De koelkast en vriezer vol met ijs en de kraan valt bijna om. De voordeur is zeer moeilijk te openen. Er is geen airco. Gelukkig wel ventilatoren.6 handdoeken voor 4 personen gedurende 9 dagen is wel echt aan de krappe kant.Info over inchecken en uitchecken alleen op aanvraag. Geen initiatief vanuit de verhuurder.Het is op……

“Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) waren elf Tage in dieser Wohnung und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der toll ausgestatteten Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet – nah am Strand, der Innenstadt. Der Zugang zur Wohnanlage ist gesichert, und es war immer ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“We had a lovely stay at Núria and Pilar’s place in Garraf. The apartment was perfect - spacious and with a lovely sunny roof terrace. It was very well-equipped with everything you mind need on holiday (including generous supplies of basic things like dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid, which is so helpful). “This is a very mixed review of Marina Duplex by Hello Homes Sitges. Bottom line - I would not recommend.The location of the unit is good. The views are excellent. The layout is very functional. There is a good deal of train noise. The support from Hello Homes is poor.Here are some additional details. There is a beach very close to the unit. The beach has a nice bar with food available at times. The location is a bit of a walk from the main area of Sitges. It is also a long walk from the train……

“The bathroom cabinet has obvious mold damage. As a result the whole bathroom reeked of mold. I let the property managers know and they sent someone to clean it. Which helped for all of 5 minutes. Kitchen had no cutting board and all of the pots/pans/utensils were dirty. This property is run by a larger group and you can tell. All responses were initially answered by auto responses that gave conflicting information. ”
