“Booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms air conditioner don't work. It's summer so it's super hot and stuffy air. Can't sleep! They end up put a fan in a room and no fan for another. Day 2, they said they fixed it but obviously its not so 2 nights in a row no air conditioning. Super disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. (That's what they charge and claim on their website) finally they moved us to another 2 rooms after a serious negotiation and get 2 nights refund. One of the morning we had breakfast at their……

“位于UAB大学内的酒店，校园内路边停车全免费，省下不少泊车的费用。有免费巴士往返火车站，也可花十分钟步行去火车站往市区，周围学府气氛安宁，治安甚佳（因为社会上的歹徒很少流连文化场所）。酒店设施还过得去，巴塞罗那的物价很高，该区所有酒店房价都偏贵，所以这家酒店价格算是可接受了的四星级酒店。”

“地理位置極好,酒店旁已是市場,對面是地鐵站.櫃台人員服務超好,但房間廁所天花有滴水.網站說有洗衣設施,但職員說沒有,職員即時提供附近洗衣店地址,盡辨法解決客人困難.”
