「The staff was friendly, we called a week prior to request an early check-in and we were told that it will was marked on are file, it was confirmed. We showed up and we are told it will be about 15min wait which was not big deal. After the short wait we were giving the keys to a dirty uncleaned/unmade room…. We then went back to the lobby & had to wait another 10 mins or so to get a different room. The room had marks on the headboards…, stains on the lamps, gross stains on the floor, and the beds...

「Very nicely updated, clean and quiet. When I had questions about accessing our room with a code, staff were very helpful and worked with me to ensure the code worked properly. The facility was close to dining areas. We will stay there again if in the area.」
