“Not worth the money. This hotel gets very little maintenance from what we observed. A few things didn't work like the sidewalk lights leading to the Castle view restaurant. You walk at night in pitch dark. You need to use the flashlight on your phone to ensure you don't trip, it's so dark. According to staff, lights have not been working for months. For wine they show 4 different kinds of wine available in both red and white but they only keep 2 of each on stock and not even the ones listed on……

“This place is amazing and a true gem. Not only is the architecture impressive but the way it blends with the sea is perfection. The Crane has a small town feel to it; you don’t have to leave the property for dinner, shopping, drinks or music.”

Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. “The staff are absolutely welcoming, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The balcony views of the water are beautiful. The ocean is clear; the all inclusive snorkelling, tubing, paddle boarding were fantastic. The food was fabulous; healthy, tasty, so many options. The staff are always accommodating for modifications. Highly recommend the complimentary art tour! ”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“Property was newly renovated with very clean rooms. Cleaning staff were very nice and cleaned thoroughly, daily. Front of house team courteous and on point. Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. ”
