"No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top."

"Front desk was very polite and helpful. Definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"The only downside to this stay was the so-called valet parking fee of $40 per night. In reality, we parked our own car each evening in the garage, so it really wasn’t valet. The alternative option was parking one level lower for $35, which honestly felt a bit silly. Other than that, everything else about the stay was absolutely worth the price and we would definitely stay here again. I do feel guest parking should be included with the stay, especially since it is simply a garage designated for hotel / apartment guests."

"The place smelled horrible. The elevator broke. The bed was damp felt unclean. Breakfast was burned meat gym was closed."

"I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad."

"Overpriced. There was a huge, empty parking lot right in front of the hotel. But yet, they still want to charge $10 a day to park in their lot."

"Everything was great. They were still under construction but it wasn’t bothersome. The parking can be a bit confusing. The parking garage is located off Bluebonnet, for reference. The staff was very kind and helpful. We all agreed we would stay here again. "
