Host was unresponsive and not concerned about the uncleaned home when we arrived. Food scraps in the kitchen and dirt all over the floors. Ceiling fans caked with dust. We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???
