加伍德度假短租

“This is a great place to stay for a night or a year. Its conveniently located near a convenience store, the amenities are fantastic and its clean. My only recommendation for staff is to triple-check the cleanliness of the towels. Because this is a new property, you still have time to ensure this small issue is corrected immediately. I appreciate the accommodation and look forward to my next visit.”

“Maison très agréable, propre et très bien placée. Bus pour Manhattan à moins de 50m, plusieurs commerces à proximité : boulangerie, restaurants, kombini... L'hôte répond rapidement à chaque message et est très sympathique. Seul petit bémol, l'isolation phonique. Comme souvent dans ce genre de maisons, l'isolation phonique n'est pas au top et on entend bien la rue, les voisins, les avions... Si vous y êtes sensible cela peut être un problème. Personnellement cela ne me dérange pas, donc je……

“Towels provided are dirty. Water split out in shower tub n made the floor all wet. Noisy environment at night ”

“地點非常好， 不是旅館是像民宿經營，我會每天幫你打掃，房間的使用的材料都補充，不要期待太高。”

“As advertised. Only issue was there was a boiler problem and no hot water for the first three nights of our stay and Kasa was not initially forthcoming with an adequate refund.”

“Great clean place, and nice people.”

“Logement idéalement situé. Équipement sommaire mais reste fonctionnel. Propre et bonne literie.”

“The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

“the comforters didn’t look clean..looked dusty”

“Great location for all your needs. Very quiet which was a huge bonus. Great communicaton was most helpful .”

“Great spot, great space. Great communication. Would definitely book the place again.”

“The host was difficult to reach and choose to communicate by text instead of using the VRBO site. It was really hot in New York and the AC didn't quite do the job.”

“The host was not responsive to emails. The address was wrong. Check in was late and badly executed. Check out was an hour earlier than listed. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. There was no heat or coffee maker. I’ve written the host about these issues and only received one response, saying check in started at 4:05. Would not recommend at all”

“It was terrific to stay in Chinatown . A nice neighborhood feel. Don’t be disuaded by the entryway - apartment is clean and comfortable. Mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Quiet at night . I may have slept better here than at home. The host was easy to get in touch with when I had a question . Highly recommended.”

“This place was absolutely amazing. With an absolutely beautiful view. During the early evening hours it is lively , smells delicious of the foods , friendly people. Very busy though. But when it’s time for it to shut down/930-10 pm it is VERY quiet . The place was easy to find. It DOES NOT have a living room which is okay with us because we weren’t there to sit around. The bed was comfy , the water pressure in the shower was absolutely AMAZING , and it was a nice location. There is parking on……

“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences I've had. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during……
