"The parking was cheaper and easier than downtown areas. We had plans for activities downtown Chicago by Grant Park. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient to get on the Orange line directly there within a block. I have been to Chicago many times and this was the first non-stressful transportation time. The transportation was safe to take. The staff was so helpful in explaining how the transportation works and where to go along with the necessary apps. The hotel was walking distance to a variety of food. The area was safe and overall cheaper than downtown. I would definitely highly recommend for families or folks staying even if they have activies downtown! "

"Amazing spot for families. We brought our large but polite Chow Chow— 50$ flat fee and a very reasonable/welcoming pet agreement to sign. The kitchen area and whole room was amazing. Our kids (8 and 4) wouldn’t get out of the pool and loved the beautiful 8th floor patio. We’ll be back! "
